Job Description
We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join our Construction Health & Safety Division and manage numerous occupational health clinics on construction sites across the Mountain, West, and Pacific regions. The role is full‑time, based remotely with required travel and some evening/weekend work. Manage local and corporate client relationships
Develop professional and personal relationships that engender trust and respect
Provide management and leadership of staff at clinic sites, including:
Supervise staff with responsibilities for interviewing, selection, training, motivation, wage and salary administration, documented & timely feedback, performance appraisal, goal development, and procedure creation to ensure goal achievement
Assist with problem solving at sites and the proper use of electronic medical records by staff
Maximize cash flow and volume, and manage the site budget setting process
