Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of the 1 to 7 weeks planning/strategies so Senior Manager can focus on 8 weeks and onwards planning, contracts, projects etc.
- Work with and manage the 3PL DC outbound & inbound team to meet daily requirements of all customer demands from receiving, put away, internal stock movement, picking, packing, shipping till the handover to 3PL as well as return handling.
- Work closely with Planning team to understand forecasted volumes and priorities and work together with Customs declaration team to monitor vendor’s Customs declaration performance.
- Work with 3PL to plan inbound & outbound people and equipment resources accordingly, to achieve on time in full delivery of all customer orders.
