Manager - Performance Management System

Role Purpose

The role will be responsible for managing the design, governance, and execution of the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring alignment with business objectives. In addition, the incumbent will support change management efforts and support key transformation projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and process efficiency.
