Manager – Program & Project Management

Role: Responsible for leading and ensuring successful execution of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities across new product development and change management processes. Ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and IATF 16949 requirements while driving quality excellence and on-time program launches.

Responsibilities & Functions:

• Drive complete APQP lifecycle for new product development and engineering changes.
• Plan, track, and ensure closure of all APQP deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Quality, Supply Chain)
• Manage customer approvals and PPAP status tracking
• Act as key interface for customers during product development and approvals.
