Manager, Program Quality and Systems

The Opportunity

As the Manager, Program Quality and Systems, you will lead the systems, insights and evaluation practices that ensure programs across Access and Inclusion Services (AIS) and Disability Support Services (DSS) are effective, compliant and continually improving. You’ll play a critical role in developing and maintaining robust evaluation frameworks, champion evidence‑based decision making through data analysis and reporting, and collaborate widely to uplift program quality and deliver better outcomes that enhance service quality and student outcomes.
