Establish and manage Project Portfolio visibility with Product Managers and Plants to govern plan NPI Release pipeline Balance capacity loading to facilitate new product pipeline plan release Define & Develop PMO (Project Management Office)expectations in Project Scope/Schedule/Cost/Quality governance to achieve / exceed planned NPI releases KPI deliverables 2.Lead cross-functional team
Calibrate Customer Voice and Expectations to establish charter and scope , developing plans and manufacturing strategies to meet project, program and portfolio objectives.
