The position is responsible for providing proactive, day‑to‑day project management and deployment of agreed initiatives while ensuring full compliance with business‑mandated processes. Key focus areas include enhancing operational performance through productivity improvements and error reduction, managing labour and equipment resources, driving continuous improvement programs, overseeing operating costs and benefits, and supporting site setups and closures.
