About the Role
As a Manager, Software Development Engineering in the Deployment Foundations space, you will lead a team responsible for the platforms and tools that drive deployment and ongoing adoption of Workday features. You will combine technical leadership with people management, guiding architecture and execution while fostering a healthy, high‑performing engineering culture.
You will manage a team working with modern programming languages and technologies to build secure, scalable, and reliable deployment experiences. You’ll apply solid decision‑making and technical project management skills to define roadmaps, make trade‑offs, and keep projects on track from requirements through delivery.
