As a Manager - Strategy, you will work alongside business leaders to shape high-impact decisions that influence growth, profitability, and long-term market positioning. You will be embedded within a business unit cluster, operating as a strategic partner who transforms ambiguity into action.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. BU Strategy & Annual Planning
- Own annual strategic planning for the assigned business unit cluster;
conduct market sizing, competitive landscaping, and opportunity assessments. - Translate strategic plans into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics.
