− Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the warehouse, including receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, DC transfers, merchandise donation and destruction, inventory audits, sample processing, shipping discrepancies dispute reconciliation, etc.
