Responsibilities
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and direct the mining services and ore transportation groups including Energy and Infrastructure, Process Plant, Mobile Maintenance, and Planning and Reliability.
- Ensure that goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
- Oversee mining services and ore transportation departments to ensure good execution of activities in line with the Mine Plan and with the Budget.
- Establish communication routine with responsible department Superintendents and General Manager.
- Maintain relationships and communication channels with corporate technical advisors and directors.
- Participate in Collaboration Committee (CCM) meetings and support different initiatives through various steering committees.
