Team Operations Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team.
Oversee Attrition, shrinkage, AHT and CSAT metrics within the team environment.
Prior experience in inbound operations is essential.
A minimum of 1 year BPO experience is required for this role. To succeed in this position you will be responsible for managing daily operations of the team and providing guidance and support to members. Additionally you will monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
