Job Description
Manager – Technology Transfer (Platform Leader) to lead end-to-end deployment of innovations across manufacturing sites. This is a key R&D leadership role responsible for scaling up formulations from lab to pilot to commercial production and ensuring harmonization across factories.
The role covers formats such as Creams, Lotions, Serums, Gels, Hair Oils, Shampoos, Soaps, Deodorants, Colorants, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technology transfer from Lab → Pilot → Commercial scale
Drive seamless deployment of innovations across multiple factories
Standardize and harmonize processes across different manufacturing setups
Manage specification freeze, formulation lock & stability assessments
Design and optimize manufacturing processes and hardware
