Essential Functions
:
Manages the analysis and determination of training needs such as initial and refresher, technical, physical skills, clerical, T&D construction work methods, T&D Construction Management Systems and Federally mandated safety programs.Ensures that training programs are designed and evaluated based on a Systematic Approach to Training Model (SAT).Provides or arranges for qualified instructors/trainers as required.Manages, develops and administers technical, clerical and physical skills training programs established under Company-Union bargaining unit agreements.Evaluates training program effectiveness based on objective data.Manages, plans and approves the development, review and implementation of standardized efficient and safe T&D System construction, operation and maintenance practices, procedures and work methods for system-wide application.Approves, plans and manages the development, se...
