Twinplast is a well‑established UK manufacturer operating in a niche, mature market with long‑standing customer relationships and a highly experienced team.

We are appointing a hands‑on Managing Director to run the business with a strong sense of ownership, operational discipline and pride in execution. This is an operations‑led MD role , focused on running the business well day to day, not scale‑up, transformation or aggressive growth.

This is not a corporate or sales‑led role.

Success will be defined by operational reliability, good judgement, practical efficiency gains and people‑centred leadership.
