Manpower Analyst

Responsibilities
- Analyze manpower requirements based on business needs, productivity targets, and operational forecasts
- Monitor headcount, attrition, hiring progress, and vacancy reports
- Prepare and maintain manpower plans, staffing models, and workforce dashboards
- Coordinate with department heads to validate staffing needs and optimize workforce allocation
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and manpower utilization
- Identify manpower gaps, surplus, and trends, and recommend corrective actions
- Support budgeting and forecasting for manpower and labor costs
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of manpower-related reports submitted to management
- Assist in process improvements related to workforce planning and reporting
