Job Description
The Manufacturing Assembler is tasked with assembling and wiring electrical panels and enclosures, both in-house and at job sites. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to read engineering drawings, and a commitment to quality and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the manufacturing process.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Layout and mount electrical components onto panels.
- Wire electrical components on panels according to diagrams and specifications.
- Install assembled panels into enclosures and perform final wiring.
- Identify and resolve issues during the Quality Check process.
- Prepare completed systems for shipping.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.
