The Production Supervisor will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:
Participating in technical feasibility studies, FMEAs, verification of equipment versus standards, and safety assessments to implement the production line completely during the trial phase whether layout or process flow design.Supporting engineering changes and process improvements, including manpower efficiency, machine efficiency, and process capability improvement complying with quality and productivity for the current model.Evaluating and developing the necessary equipment, tools, parts, materials, specs, and procedures for assembly processesPlanning, organizing, leading, and controlling production within the assigned areas to achieve targets.Ensuring lean manufacturing principles are adhered to reduce waste and minimize cost.
