Job Description
- Identify and resolve equipment failures and operational problems to ensure continuous operation.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to proactively address potential problem before problem occurs.
- Support QA team on analyze defects samples & provide countermeasure.
- Provide training to technician group for smoothening daily repairing work.
- Equipment reliability and efficiency improvement project planning and execution.
- Support in new equipment setup.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills and ability to read technical documents are an added advantage.
- Willing to travel overseas for new product transfer or machine buy off
