Job Description
Qualifications: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a high-precision metal fabrication environment. Perform hands-on setup, leveling, and calibration of CNC Fiber Lasers, Press Brakes, and/or Turret Punches. Previous experience in a setup or shop-floor reorganization project is highly preferred. Degree or certifications in CNC Machining or Manufacturing Technology preferred. Previous experience building a shop floor from scratch or managing a major department relocation. Experience evaluating, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing processes, work cells, and machinery High level of proficiency with 3D CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software to layout work cells, revise product flow, and design tooling Responsibilities: SOP Development: Draft step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machine startup, shutdown, and daily operation.
