Responsibilities
:·Perform manufacturing engineering assignments associated with the integrity of product design to assure quality and cost-effective production
·Advise engineering of existing production capabilities, equipment, facilities, and standard practices to contribute to the development of designs
·Maintain factory uptime through day-to-day problem solving, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks autonomously
·Drive On-Time-Delivery while balancing freight cost via effective VOC with internal customers
·Leverage Kaizens and Lean manufacturing principles to surge or rescale factory capacity from S&OP signals and triggers
·Coordinate with regional procurement teams on PPV and localization initiatives
·Ensure efficient manufacturing through achieving quality, cost, operating specifications, customer and company standards, and requirements
