Manufacturing Engineer — Lean Improvement & Process Analytics

Caterpillar Inc. in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León is looking for an engineer to assist with technical analysis of assembly processes. You will engage in evaluating enhancements to equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines while fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have a completed bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies. The position offers a regular Monday-Friday schedule with some overtime required.
