TE Connectivity in Tecate, Baja California is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to oversee engineering activities for new product development.
You will lead a diverse engineering team, manage projects from initiation to completion, and ensure alignment with customer quality and cost objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2–4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
