Manufacturing Excellence Manager

We are looking for a Value Stream Manager with strong plant operations experience to drive end-to-end value stream performance across production, quality, cost, and delivery in a manufacturing environment. The role will work closely with the Plant Head to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall value stream performance including production output, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Oversee day-to-day plant operations while ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, HSE, and quality standards
• Lead production planning, scheduling, and shop-floor execution
