Manufacturing Supervisor

What you will do: The Manufacturing Supervisor is accountable for directing the activities of a work team to meet daily production schedules in the assembly/fabrication of sub-assemblies, parts, or units within an assigned area while upholding a strong commitment to production goals, efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Responsibility Level: Manages the production employees functions in assigned work areas to assure support of all components of manufacturing required to meet the needs and requirements of internal and external customers with established specifications with scheduled completion dates. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the team achieves goals in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Works closely with other departments as well as coordinating activities across all shifts.
