Manufacturing Supervisor - NIGHT SHIFT

Role Summary Manufacturing Supervisor manages shift production to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals through strong leadership, systems management, equipment maintenance, and employee development. Key Responsibilities Act as a safety leader; collaborate with the EHS Manager to maintain a safe work environment and conduct daily audits, GEMBAs, incident investigations, and continuous improvement activities. Monitor colleague practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety and quality policies, investigate near‐miss, property damage, or employee injury incidents, and recommend improvements. Oversee daily production to meet production goals, manage timecards and time‐off requests to support accurate payroll and coverage.
