What you will do
Demonstrate exemplary leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection by applying Pomerleau’s HSE standards as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Plan and oversee the construction site by developing the schedule with the team, meeting milestones, and collaborating with the project manager from the start.
Lead and mentor the site team with a hands‑on approach to support, train, and guide team members.
Collaborate effectively with business partners, consultants, and clients, including during coordination meetings.
Ensure compliance and quality by making sure materials, plans, and specifications meet standards and applicable codes.
Manage resources and logistics by identifying workforce needs, maintaining inventory, and receiving materials according to company policies.
Keep site documentation organized and up to date.
