Job Description
**Basic purpose of the job:**
Lead the Market Development group to drive Above-Market Growth and fully leverage the value of key pipeline assets within TA-Obesity and Liver Health, particularly survodutide (Obesity/MASH).
He/She is responsible to developing the end-to-end market development strategy for directly executing key market development initiatives, while also leading and orchestrating cross‑functional members who are accountable for other market development related projects. Through strategic leadership and hands‑on execution, the role ensures the creation of the necessary market conditions and delivery of critical initiatives that maximize the TA portfolio’s potential and enable the performance maximization of Must‑Win Assets.
