Job Title: Head of Marketing – IT Services (Global Demand Gen)
Location: Chandigarh / NCR
Experience: 12–15 years (B2B; IT Services strongly preferred)
Reporting to: IT Services Division Leadership (SVP/Business Head)
Team: Demand Gen + Content/SEO + Performance + Marketing Ops (in-house + agencies)
Role Summary
NetSmartz is looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to build and scale a predictable global demand engine for our IT Services division (Software Engineering, AI, QA & Testing, Cybersecurity, Data,etc.).
This role owns the full funnel—from positioning and campaigns to MQL → SQL → pipeline —and partners tightly with sales to deliver measurable revenue impact across North America and the Middle East .
We’re looking for someone who has built B2B services pipeline before and who actively uses AI tools and automation
