Localize global Brand strategy into a clear annual Marketing & Communications plan aligned with Central guidelines.Define local priorities and roadmap; ensure consistent brand positioning across digital, print, retail, and experiential touchpoints.Track market/consumer/competitor trends and convert insights into growth and innovation opportunities.Lead integrated 360° campaigns (launches, seasonal activations, trade initiatives) with strong project governance.Manage development/localization of assets (CRM, BTL, in-store, print, social/content) with internal teams and agencies.Drive the promotional calendar across channels, ensuring excellent execution and brand consistency.
