Works onsite in Calgary, AB
Work schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Mandatory in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
Remote optional days are on Wednesday and Thursday
About The Role
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll own the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that power Tiller’s agency marketing. You’re someone who turns strategy into consistent execution, bringing strong operational judgment, high standards, and attention to detail.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll help us hit ambitious growth targets by managing marketing projects, building and executing campaigns, keeping data clean, and continuously improving marketing processes.
