**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
Implement a marketing and sales strategy for one of the organization's most complex, critical, and strategically significant brand to meet established sales & market share targets.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead medico-marketing initiatives, campaign plans and manage pill-plus services as supporting ecosystem of the leading brand of Abbott India Ltd.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive commercial objectives with ownership.
+ Conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set prices, launch new products, oversee advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance effectively to market assigned products/services.
