Job Description
Overall Responsibility:
Responsible for Exhibition and Visitor Promotion, development of promotional materials, media barters，PR and marketing initiatives for assigned exhibitions and events.
Scope of Responsibility:
1.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Project Directors, and Project Managers to develop exhibitor and visitor promotion strategies as well as plans for assigned projects.
2.Work closely with show teams to achieve exhibitor and visitor attendance targets.
3.Supervise and ensure the timely and professional completion of show materials (content/design/layout), including brochures, invitations, regular newsletters, guides/directories, welcome messages, posters, and video clips.
4.Ensure all marketing administration tasks are carried out as directed by the Marketing Manager.
5.Build and maintain strong relationships with industry media and associations.
