Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including: Social media marketing, Content strategy, SEO/SEM, Email marketing, Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Knowledge and practical experience in AI tools and technologies for marketing, such as: AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., for copywriting, design, video), Marketing automation platforms using AI, Data analytics and predictive insights using AI tools, Chatbots and customer engagement automation and the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strat...
