Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer issues.

  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Required:
