Job Description Job Purpose
This role is responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance and ongoing management of Customer, Supplier and Inventory master data across multiple platforms, including ERP systems, 3 PL and 4 PL providers, enabling efficient operations, reliable reporting, and enhanced decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update master data records, including customer, supplier, product, and financial data Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple systems Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies Manage data interfaces and mass uploads Perform accurate and timeous data capturing while maintaining high data quality standards Monitor and validate data to adhere to organizational data governance, company standards and compliance requirements Provide ongoing support to business units to ensure effective data management Troubleshoot and resolve master data-related issue Participate in multipl...
