Job Description
- Monitor material inventory levels to ensure availability for production
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Production and Warehouse teams
- Tract material usage versus BOM and production requirements
- Identify material shortages, excess, or slow-moving inventory
- Ensure accurate inventory record in ERP/ warehouse systems
- Analyze material variances and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare material control reports and inventory analysis
- Support material planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company and audit requirements
