SAIC is seeking a Material Coordinator to support the team in Hanahan, SC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and expedite flow of material, parts and assemblies within or between various buildings in accordance with Facility manager or facility staff engineer priorities
- Review production schedules and conferring with staff to determine material requirements
- Arrange transfer of materials to meet production schedules; examine material to verify type specified for current project; and compute amount of material needed for specific job orders
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent and Two (2) years of experience, to include: Coordinating and expediting flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between various buildings in accordance with Facility Manager or Facility Staff Engineer(s) priorit...
