General Functions
Work with local and national sales teams throughout the group to ensure all material that is scheduled into channel breaks is available to play-out presentation.
Material could include but is not limited to commercials, program sponsorship billboards, news update billboards, community service announcements, infomercials.
Review schedules for missing material and follow up accordingly with the various sales offices.
Maintain the commercial library system contained in the traffic scheduling/material software application.
Ensure all commercials have CAD (Commercials Advice) information assigned in accordance with Free TV standards.
Adjust bookings and material arrangements as required.
