Material Handler - 3rd shift

Material handlers select and retrieve raw material. Stack finished material on pallets and label packaging appropriately. Move finished goods pallets to the warehouse or specified location and apply pallet wrapping; completed as specified per job jacket or given instruction. ( This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.) Essential Position Functions: Verify, request, pull, receive raw materials as specified per job jacket. Prepare tape machine and labeling equipment as needed for each job. Lift, stack and arrange finished goods onto pallets as specified. Prepare finished pallet for wrapping (corner boards, pallet labels, top cap). Verify correct label and apply label on cartons, boxes, pallets as required per job ticket. Ensure the quality of the pallet stacking and label application per quality control procedures. Clean and maintain trays, rollers, bottles needed to apply labels.
