Material Control
Responsible for material delivery management to ensure timely and continuous supply.
- Manage purchase orders, including order placement, delivery scheduling, tracking, and verification of price accuracy.
- Monitor market supply conditions in real time and collaborate with strategic procurement to adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Conduct supplier capacity evaluations and capacity planning to ensure adequate supply capabilities.
- Adjust delivery schedules in response to demand fluctuations and manage excess or obsolete inventory.
- Oversee raw material inventory management for assigned categories.
- Manage non-conforming incoming materials and coordinate with quality teams and suppliers to ensure timely resolution and corrective actions.
