Package Description: Situated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in character education. We have co-education community of over 500 students aged from 4-18, who are predominantly full boarding and are drawn from over 40 countries. We are seeking to appoint a Matron for a Boarding House to be responsible for the smooth running of the House including the pastoral care, well-being and supervision of students. This will include supporting their studies and activities, dealing with travel, record-keeping, administration and ensuring student safety. The Matron is a key member of the Pastoral Team in a Boarding House. As such, the Matron has an important role to play in the care, welfare and safeguarding of the students in the House.
