Job Description
As the MDM Integration Lead, you will define the vision, strategy, and operational excellence of the global Master Data Management (MDM) process across 100+ countries. You will own end-to-end process design, execution, transformation, and continuous improvement across business units, regions, and Shared Services in a matrix environment.
SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Global Process Strategy
Own and evolve the global end-to-end MDM process blueprint aligned with corporate goals.
Drive standardization, global scalability, and harmonization while balancing local regulatory and governance needs.
Develop global MDM policies, data standards, KPIs, data taxonomies, frameworks, and governance models.
2. Transformation Leadership
Design and support major transformation programs (ERP migrations, digital core, AI-driven automation, GBS expansions).
