M&E Engineer (quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter)

Roles & Resbonsiblity:

Interpret technical designs and drawings

Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline

Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works

Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site

Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation) in the construction project

Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and contractors
Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor's work at site
