Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Bird Safety Program to monitor project safety
• Schedule and set objectives for the construction phase
• Administer and negotiate prime contract and subcontracts
• Control project budget and oversee billing processes
• Report on project financials and performance to senior management
Requirements:
• Background in institutional and commercial construction
• Completed education in a related construction discipline
