A well-established specialist contractor is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join their growing team in Belfast. This is a commercially focused role, supporting both tendering and live project delivery, with involvement across mechanical and electrical packages.
This opportunity would suit someone with strong commercial awareness within M&E, who is comfortable reviewing tenders, managing costs, and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your new role
Working closely with senior management, you will support the pricing, review, and commercial management of projects, ensuring tenders are accurate and aligned with client specifications and contractual requirements.
You will also play a key role in cost tracking, valuations, and financial reporting, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
