Job Description
Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit an number of experienced Design Engineers to join a leading global business in the Burnley area.
The role will involve design and development of capital equipment used in the packaging industry.
This is a full‑time permanent opportunity with an industry leader in their field.
Hours and Availability
5 days on site with flexible start/finish times available.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce complete detail drawings of components from new designs and/or from previous customer repeat/duplicate designs. Complete AutoCAD / SolidWorks detail drawings under the direction of Senior Engineers.
- Construct full (BOM) Bills of Material on drawings and electronically via engineering software.
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, using computer‑assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
