Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + 12% 401(k) match & Quarterly Bonuses (10–15%)
Work Schedule: Full-time, flexible 40+ hours; frequent domestic travel required
Plant Locations: Pittsburgh, PA (primary), Blairsville, PA, Lebanon, VA
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of mechanical design experience
Minimum 3 years of estimating experience
2–5 years of demonstrated CADD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Illustrator)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects
Understanding of manufacturing techniques, machining processes, materials, and tolerances
