Job Description
Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all facilities related assets including, but not limited to: buildings, electrical distribution systems, HVAC system, air compressors, fire suppression system, conveyor systems, and general facility equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to all functions within Facilities Department (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection).
- Ensure that the departments are functioning economically.
- Ensure continuous improvement in facility department.
- Motivate Facility staff to achieve the department objectives.
- Monitor and review facilities equipment parameter and utilities cost.
- Participate in selection, assessment and approval of subcontractors and vendors to negotiate the best deal.
- Champion in housekeeping and safety.
