Mechanical Engineer

Job description

HireArt is helping our client find a Mechanical Engineer to support system-level testing of electrical and mechatronic components through detailed 3D CAD modeling and test infrastructure design.

In this role, you’ll work with a high-performing, cross-functional team to translate concepts into fabrication-ready designs. You’ll also model existing lab spaces and equipment to support ongoing and future test programs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working across design, testing, and installation efforts in a fast-paced engineering environment.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll:

Design and model vehicle bucks and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test systems that enable critical validation activities.

Model and design custom test infrastructure, including dynamometers, fixtures, equipment racks, sensor adapters, and related hardware.
